Patient Portal

The patient portal is an electronic file which contains portions of a patient's health record and allows patients to actively participate in their health care.  

Patients are able to:

Update or change personal (demographic) and health information

View lab results

Privately communicate with the medical office

View office notes

Update or change insurance information
